猕猴红细胞上类人ABO血型检定受抗原结构差异、抗原性弱和人源ABO抗血清中种属抗体等干扰,本研究的目的为建立医学实验动物模型而正确检定猕猴类人ABO血型。制备猕猴专用ABO抗血清,建立改良吸收放散技术。结果为单克隆ABO抗体不凝集全部猴红细胞,普通人源ABO抗血清因种属抗体而凝集所有红细胞。采用猴专用ABO抗血清及改良吸收放散技术,从30只猴中检测出3只A型,9只B型,3只AB型。猕猴红细胞上有类人ABO抗原,但很弱。单克隆及人源ABO抗血清都不能检测出,必须用专用ABO抗血清及改良吸收放散技术才能检测。
The ABO blood group test of human erythrocytes is interfered by the antigenic structure, weak antigenicity and species antibodies in the human ABO antiserum. The purpose of this study is to establish the medical experimental animal model to correctly test the ABO blood type of the rhesus human. Preparation of rhesus monkey specific ABO antisera, the establishment of improved absorption and dissipation technology. The result is that the monoclonal ABO antibody does not agglutinate all the monkey erythrocytes, and the common human ABO antiserum agglutinates all the red blood cells due to the species antibody. Using monkey specific ABO antiserum and improved absorption and dissipation technology, 3 A type, 9 B type and 3 AB type were detected from 30 monkeys. Rhesus red blood cells have human ABO antigen, but very weak. Both monoclonal and human ABO antisera are undetectable and must be detected using a proprietary ABO antisera and modified absorption and diffusion techniques.
