应用Fluent软件,基于N-S方程,选择剪切应力运输湍流模型、二阶迎风格式离散方法和三维稳态隐式解法对3000m深水半潜式钻井平台数值计算模型进行了平台整体的风载荷数值模拟计算。考虑钻井塔在不同工况下透风率对风载荷变化影响很大且难以定量分析,本文采用两种极端工况建立钻井塔数值模型,求得“最不利”与“最有利”状况下的平台整体风载荷。
Using Fluent software, numerical simulation of the overall wind load of the 3000m deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform was carried out based on Navier-Stokes equations, shear stress transport turbulence model, second-order upwind discretization method and three-dimensional steady implicit solution . Considering that the ventilation rate of drilling tower has a great influence on the wind load changes under different conditions and it is difficult to quantitatively analyze it, two numerical models of drilling tower are established in extreme conditions to obtain the “most unfavorable” and the “most favorable” The platform’s overall wind load under conditions.
