目的 探讨急性脑梗死 (ACI)红细胞免疫功能与自由基的关系。方法 测定 4 0例ACI患者和 35例健康对照者的红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RBC -C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC -ICR)、过氧化脂质 (LPO)水平、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性等指标进行对比研究。结果 与健康对照组比较 ,ACI患者RBC -C3bRR和SOD活性显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,RBC -ICR和LPO水平显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。红细胞LPO与RBC -C3bRR呈显著负相关 (r =- 0 .4 75 7,P <0 .0 1)而与RBC -ICR呈显著正相关 (r=0 .4 385 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 ACI患者红细胞免疫功能降低而脂质过氧化反应增强 ,红细胞膜脂质过氧化损害对红细胞C3b受体有不利影响
Objective To investigate the relationship between erythrocyte immune function and free radicals in acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods The RBC-C3RR, RBC-ICR, LPO and SOD in 40 patients with ACI and 35 healthy controls were measured. Dismutase (SOD) activity and other indicators were compared. Results Compared with the healthy control group, the RBC-C3bRR and SOD activity were significantly decreased (P <0.01) and the RBC-ICR and LPO levels were significantly increased in ACI patients (P <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between erythrocyte LPO and RBC-C3bRR (r = -0.4757, P <0.01), but positively correlated with RBC-ICR (r = 0.3838, P < ). CONCLUSIONS: The immune function of erythrocytes is decreased and the lipid peroxidation is enhanced in patients with ACI. The lipid peroxidation damage of erythrocyte membrane has an adverse effect on erythrocyte C3b receptor
