鲁原单14号系1988年以鲁原92自交系作母本,H21自交系作父本培育而成。该杂交种具有高产、抗病、抗倒、中早熟等突出优点。现已示范推广。产量表现经四年(1989～1902)试验、示范和大面积试种,产量稳定,一般亩产600公斤左右。参加华北区试,亩产517公斤,比掖单2号增产19.4％。
