Pills in ancient medicine often have “steamed bread” for the pill, “steamed cake” paste the ball said, and Song is another “bread cake” for the pill’s description. For example, “Pu Shi Fang” cited “Hai Ming Fang Fang” Wu Ji Wan: “Huang Lian (go to be), peony, Wusong (de-stewed, soup immersed) equal parts ... ... one party flooding, steamed cake for the pill.” “St. Ji Zong Lu, “Treatment of evil spirits, jade powder pill party:” One or two oysters (research fine), raw oyster cake one. Right two flavor and uniform, are made wolfberry cake steamed, take hot pills such as Indus child.” However, what is known about ”steamed cakes“ and ”shabu cakes" is that modern physicians know little about them, which inevitably causes certain difficulties in reading and understanding the fineness of the ancient.
