在纯铜和BFe10-1-1铁白铜中添加不同比例的稀土元素,经熔铸、轧制和热处理试验,通过对试样进行组织与力学性能分析,研究了稀土对其再结晶温度的影响。结果显示,随着稀土含量的增加,在相同退火条件下纯铜和BFe10-1-1铁白铜的再结晶程度均明显降低,表明其再结晶温度均有所提高。第二相粒子对位错的钉扎作用是再结晶温度提高的根本原因。
Different proportions of rare earth elements were added into the pure copper and BFe10-1-1 ferroalloy. The effects of rare earth on the recrystallization temperature were studied by means of the analysis of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples by casting, rolling and heat treatment. The results show that with the increase of RE content, the recrystallization degree of pure copper and BFe10-1-1 ferroalloys decreases obviously under the same annealing condition, which indicates that the recrystallization temperature is increased. The pinning effect of second-phase particles on dislocation is the fundamental reason for the increase of recrystallization temperature.
