目的:探讨晚期糖基化终末产物受体(RAGE)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在乳腺癌组织中的表达并分析其与临床相关病理因素的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测RAGE和MMP-9在60例乳腺癌组织及37例正常乳腺组织中的表达,并分析其与乳腺癌分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期之间的关系。结果:RAGE及MMP-9在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为70.00%和61.67%。乳腺癌病理分级、淋巴结转移与RAGE及MMP-9高表达密切相关(P<0.05),RAGE表达水平与MMP-9表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:RAGE和MMP-9的表达水平可能与乳腺癌发生及转移密切相关,可作为乳腺癌药物治疗的重要靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression of advanced glycation end-products receptor (RAGE) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in breast cancer and to analyze their relationship with clinically relevant pathological factors. Methods: The expressions of RAGE and MMP-9 in 60 cases of breast cancer and 37 cases of normal breast tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of RAGE and MMP-9 and the differentiation degree, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage were analyzed . Results: The positive rates of RAGE and MMP-9 in breast cancer were 70.00% and 61.67%, respectively. The pathological grade of breast cancer and lymph node metastasis were closely related to the high expression of RAGE and MMP-9 (P <0.05). The expression of RAGE was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-9 (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of RAGE and MMP-9 may be closely related to the occurrence and metastasis of breast cancer and may be used as an important target of breast cancer drug therapy.
