高职高专院校人才培养的本质在于“毕业与上岗零过渡”。对于工科高职院校而言,实践、实训工作的外部条件相对容易解决,而经济管理类高职院校在这方面的工作显得比较困难。本文以浙江金融职业学院人才培养模式为分析基础,认为高职院校人才培养工作的总目标就是“毕业与上岗零过渡”;而“教学与实践零距离”、“教师与学生零间隙”是实现“毕业与上岗零过渡”的两大抓手;产学合作是实现“三个零”人才培养工作的重要途径。
The essence of personnel training in higher vocational colleges lies in the “zero transition of graduation and induction”. For engineering colleges, the external conditions of practice and practical training are relatively easy to solve, while the work of economic and management vocational colleges in this aspect is more difficult. Based on the analysis of personnel training mode of Zhejiang Vocational College of Finance, this paper argues that the overall goal of personnel training in higher vocational colleges is “zero transition between graduation and induction”; and “zero distance between teaching and practice”, “ Students zero clearance ”is the realization of“ graduation and job zero transition ”of the two grasps; industry-university cooperation is to achieve “ three zero ”personnel training important way.
