有关资料表明在各种不同类型的血吸虫病疫区,传播血吸虫病的主要传染源是人、牛、猪等,而对城郊江滩的野鼠感染和传播血吸虫病的作用报道甚少.为此,我们于1993年在长江武汉段的江岸、汉阳、武昌、洪山、青山5个城郊江滩对野鼠和哨鼠(小白鼠)分别进行了感染性调查.方法1 时间 于1993年4—5月和10—11月(汛期前后)对江滩野鼠各调查一次,7—8月(汛期之中)对江水用哨鼠作疫水测定一次.2 地点 根据5个城区江滩螺情和病情的分布及感染情况,每区选择1—2个点,均为钉螺密度较高,有阳性螺点和时有急感病人发生及人畜常到之处,调查区域是江岸区35码头和滨江公园、汉阳区中南木材公司码头、武昌区月亮湾码头和长江大桥码头、青山区米面厂码头和一冶重件码头、洪山区青菱石(石且)和白浒山等共9处的江滩和江水.3 野鼠调查及哨鼠测定方法3.1 野鼠调查采用捕鼠铁匣为主,各点每次投放鼠匣50—100个,连续2—3d,(当晚投放,次晨查找),同时结合投放灭鼠药物(磷化锌等类)以提高捕鼠效果,对所捕获野鼠带回实验室进行解剖检查鼠肝和镜检虫卵.
