从企业文化理论的角度来分析,企业形象是企业标识形象、企业生产形象、企业服务形象三者的有机统一,是企业文化建设成果的有形展示,也是社会对企业进行评价的基本依据。本文结合电力企业的行业特点,提出电力企业文化建设“要把塑造良好的服务形象作为打造电力企业文化品牌的中心任务,要把社会对电力企业提出的更高要求作为企业形象塑造的奋斗目标,要把‘人民满意不满意’作为检验电力企业形象好坏的根本依据”的观点,旨在为电力企业文化建设建言献策。
