以白凤水蜜桃为材料,研究了冷藏条件下包装和钙处理对果实成熟和软化过程的影响。结果表明:钙处理能明显抑制果实乙烯合成,降低果实的呼吸强度,推迟果实呼吸高峰的出现。抑制了果实PG活性的升高及软化速度。并能抑制组织电导率的升高,保持细胞膜结构的完整性,且对延缓组织的衰老过程具有一定作用。
Taking Baifeng peach as material, the effects of packaging and calcium treatment on fruit ripening and softening under cold storage conditions were studied. The results showed that calcium treatment could significantly inhibit the ethylene synthesis in fruit, decrease the respiration rate of fruit and delay the peak of fruit respiration. Inhibit the fruit PG activity and softening rate. And can inhibit the increase of tissue conductivity, maintain the integrity of the cell membrane structure, and to delay the aging process of tissue has a certain role.
