铀矿水冶过程中的加工费主要用于矿石的浸出,而浸出试剂费又是其中的主要费用。从已公布的资料看,铀水冶厂通常的浸出费用占水冶直接加工费用的50%左右,试剂消耗费用又占浸出费用的62%,因此,降低铀矿浸出试剂的消耗量是一个极其有意义的课题。 本文针对该矿石浸出特征,阐述了利用剩余酸返回进行两段逆流浸出,并与常规浸出比较,这种浸出法可降低用酸量30%左右。
The processing fee in uranium hydrometallurgy process is mainly used for ore leaching, and leaching reagent fee is one of the major expenses.
