目的 调查研究护士学校学生(下文简称护校生)的心理健康状况。方法 采用问卷法,对170名护校生进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)的测查,并对量表标准分大于60分的学生进行面谈。结果在170名护校生中,SCL-90测查,人际关系因子分大于3分者人数最多(30人),占17.6%。其次是偏执、敌对、强迫。SDS标准分大于50分的有68名,占总人数的40%,25名SDS标准分大于60分的学生中,面谈有3名符合CCMD-3抑郁发作症状标准,无1名达到抑郁瘟病程标准和严重程度标准。SAS标准分大于50分的有31名,占总人数的18.2%。结论 护校生中存在的主要心理健康问题是人际关系问题。部分护校生存在押郁情绪,但真正构成抑郁症临床诊断的极少。护校生中焦虑较少,程度也轻。
Objective To investigate the mental health of nurse school students (hereinafter referred to as nursing students). Methods A questionnaire was used to measure the self-rating scale (SCL-90), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) 60 minutes to interview students. Results Among the 170 nursing students, SCL-90 had the highest number of interpersonal relationship scores of more than 3 (30), accounting for 17.6%. Followed by paranoid, hostile, forced. Among 68 students whose SDS standard scores were above 50, accounting for 40% of the total, among the 25 students whose SDS standard scores were above 60, three met the criteria of CCMD-3 depressive symptoms and none of them reached the stage of depression Standard and severity standards. There are 31 SAS points greater than 50, accounting for 18.2% of the total. Conclusion The main mental health problems among nursing students are interpersonal problems. Some nursing students exist depression feeling, but really constitute a clinical diagnosis of depression rarely. Nursing students less anxiety, the degree is also light.
