在现代管理中,薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理中最为重要的环节。在知识经济时代,顺应市场竞争需求,尽快建立一套完整的员工薪酬激励体系,对于企业来说有着重要意义。文章以激励理论为基础,首先阐述了企业薪酬激励机制的作用,然后探讨了当前国有企业薪酬管理存在的问题,最后就如何在激励理论下完善国有企业薪酬管理机制提出了几点建议。
In modern management, salary management is the most important part of enterprise human resource management. In the era of knowledge economy, conforming to the demand of market competition, it is very important for the enterprise to set up a complete set of salary incentive system as soon as possible. Based on the motivation theory, the article first elaborates the role of the compensation incentive mechanism in enterprises, and then discusses the problems existing in the current SOE compensation management. Finally, some suggestions are put forward on how to perfect the compensation management mechanism of state-owned enterprises under the incentive theory.
