采用纳米级赛隆粉加入Y2O3-Al2O3-MgO系最低共熔料及粒度为20~30!m的碳化硅单晶体制成了致密的烧结材料。研究了所制成材料的抗热震性、强度、热导率及气孔率与配料组成的关系。
The nano-scale Sialon powder was added into the Y2O3-Al2O3-MgO system with the lowest eutectic and the silicon carbide single crystal with the particle size of 20-30 m to make the dense sintered material. The thermal shock resistance, strength, thermal conductivity and porosity of the prepared materials were studied.
