探讨了并行CAPP系统中的可制造性综合评价问题,它具有与特征设计与工艺规划同步并行,渐进完善的特点。通过构造粗评模型,实现概念设计阶段的可制造性评价,通过建立精评模型,实现详细设计的可制造性评价,动态过程通过设置动态链表来实现。
This paper discusses the comprehensive evaluation of manufacturability in parallel CAPP system. It has the characteristics of parallel and gradual improvement with characteristic design and process planning. Through the construction of the rough evaluation model, the manufacturability evaluation of conceptual design stage can be realized, and the elaborate evaluation model can be constructed to realize the manufacturability evaluation of detailed design. The dynamic process can be achieved by setting dynamic linked list.
