增加三角波纹褶边,可以加强翅片边缘强度,使翅片边缘不轻易变形,但需要明确其对换热器空气侧流动传热的影响。本文通过数值模拟,对比研究了带三角波纹褶边与不带三角波纹褶边的百叶窗翅片管换热器空气侧换热及压降特性。首先与实验关联式比较,验证了模型精度。其后数值模拟结果显示,增加三角波纹褶边后,百叶窗翅片的换热因子及摩擦因子均有小幅增加,综合换热及压降因子变化很小。本研究可为翅片管换热器的设计提供参考。
Increasing the triangular corrugated fringes can strengthen the edge strength of the fin so that the edge of the fin is not easily deformed, but the influence on the heat transfer on the air side of the heat exchanger needs to be clarified. In this paper, by numerical simulation, the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the louvered finned tube heat exchanger with triangular corrugated fringes and triangular corrugated fringes are compared. First of all, compared with the experimental correlation, the model accuracy is verified. The numerical simulation results show that after increasing the triangular corrugated hem, the heat exchange coefficient and the frictional factor of the louver fin increase slightly, and the change of comprehensive heat exchange and pressure drop is small. This study can provide reference for the design of finned tube heat exchanger.
