细胞内钙超载是细胞致死性损伤的一个重要特征:由于细胞膜受损,通透性增高,使细胞外钙顺着浓度梯度大量内流;由于线粒体受损,ATP 生成障碍导致钙泵功能障碍,不能排出和摄取细胞浆中过多的钙。但目前的研究仍未搞清细胞内钙超载是细胞损伤的原因抑或结果。本实验观察体外培养的猪近曲小管上皮细胞在亚致死剂量过氧化氢刺激下细胞内钙的动态变化。
