建立了一种同时测定化妆品中3种抗坏血酸类功效成分(L-抗坏血酸、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁和抗坏血酸葡萄糖苷)的分析方法。样品用质量分数0.08%的HPO3溶液提取后经具有亲水作用的AQ C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm)分离,采用20 mmol/L KH_2PO_4(H_3PO_4调p H为2.6)作为流动相,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)进行检测,检测波长为240 nm,外标法定量。在优化的实验条件下,3种抗坏血酸类功效成分在0.5~100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好。在空白样品中添加10,100,1000 mg/kg 3个浓度水平,得到的回收率为91%~108%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~7.2%。方法的检出限(S/N=3)为3 mg/kg,定量限(S/N=10)为10 mg/kg。方法可满足化妆品中3种抗坏血酸类功效成分的检测要求。
A method for the simultaneous determination of three ascorbic acid (L-ascorbic acid, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate and ascorbyl glucoside) in cosmetics was established. The sample was extracted with HPO3 solution with mass fraction of 0.08% and separated on a AQ C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5μm) with hydrophilic interaction. The mobile phase was 20 mmol / L KH_2PO_4 (H_3PO_4 = 2.6) Detector (DAD) for detection, detection wavelength of 240 nm, external standard quantitative. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the three ascorbic acid functional components have good linearity in the range of 0.5-100 mg / L. The blank samples were added with 10, 100, 1000 mg / kg concentration levels, the recovery rate was 91% to 108%, the relative standard deviation of 2.4% to 7.2%. The limit of detection (S / N = 3) was 3 mg / kg and the limit of quantification (S / N = 10) was 10 mg / kg. The method can meet the detection requirements of three kinds of ascorbic acid functional components in cosmetics.
