本文综述近年来有关循环流化床(Circulating Fluidized Bed,CFB)粉煤灰的特性研究。总结认为,由于CFB粉煤灰在燃烧温度850~900℃和固硫剂存在的条件下产生,与煤粉炉粉煤灰相比,CFB粉煤灰颗粒粒径较大且表面疏松多孔,硫含量比较高,导致其需水量大、膨胀率高、早期强度低,一定程度上阻碍了其大规模利用。但CFB粉煤灰钙含量高,有大量活性无定型硅铝物质存在,可作为水泥混合材和建材行业的辅助胶凝材料。
In this paper, the characteristics of fly ash in Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) are reviewed in recent years. It is concluded that since CFB fly ash is produced under the conditions of combustion temperature of 850-900 ℃ and sulfur-fixing agent present, CFB fly ash particles have larger particle size and loose surface porosity and sulfur Higher content, leading to its large water demand, high expansion rate, low early strength, to a certain extent, hinder its large-scale use. However, fly ash with high calcium content of CFB, a large number of active amorphous silicon-aluminum material exists, can be used as cementitious materials and building materials industry auxiliary cementitious material.
