人事档案是社会组织成员在参与社会活动过程中所形成的重要历史记录,人事档案制度必须符合国家人事制度变革和社会文明进步的要求。但随着市场经济的席卷,我国高校的人事制度发生着重大变化,人事档案管理中存在不少问题,尤以诚信问题较为突出。本文着重探讨了新时期高校人事档案管理中出现的诚信问题,以及如何在新形势下加强诚信管理的对策。
Personnel files are important historical records formed by members of social organizations during their participation in social activities. The personnel file system must meet the requirements of the reform of the personnel system in the country and the progress of social civilization. However, with the market economy sweeping up, the personnel system of colleges and universities in our country undergoes major changes. There are many problems in the personnel archives management, especially the problems of honesty and credibility. This article focuses on the issue of honesty and trust that appears in the management of personnel files in colleges and universities in the new era and how to strengthen the management of sincerity in the new situation.
