目的 :考核国产口服氟康唑胶囊的疗效和安全性。方法 :随机分为氟康唑组和酮康唑组。氟康唑组114例服氟康唑 2 0 0mg,po ,qd首剂加倍 ;酮康唑组 10 6例 ,服酮康唑 2 0 0～ 40 0mg/d ,po分 1～ 2次服用。 结果 :两组有效率分别为 91.2 %和 73.1% ,真菌清除率分别为 89.7%和 76 .1% ,不良反应发生率分别为 6 .4%和 12 .4%。结论 :国产氟康唑胶囊治疗深部真菌感染的疗效、真菌清除率及安全性明显高于酮康唑。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic oral fluconazole capsules. Methods: Randomly divided into fluconazole group and ketoconazole group. In the fluconazole group, 114 patients received fluconazole 200 mg, po and qd first dose doubled; ketoconazole group 106 patients, taking ketoconazole 200 ~ 40 0mg / d, po points 1 or 2 times. Results: The effective rates of the two groups were 91.2% and 73.1% respectively, the fungal clearance rate was 89.7% and 76.1% respectively, and the adverse reaction rates were 6.4% and 12.4% respectively. Conclusion: The efficacy and safety of domestic fluconazole capsule in treating deep fungal infection were significantly higher than that of ketoconazole.
