事故调查包括事前调查与事后调查两部分,它是安全管理工作的一项重要内容。特别是事后调查,由结果追溯其原因,再推想事故发生的全过程,时常碰到一些疑难问题。太钢的郑勇同志在本刊1988年第7期上发表的《解决事故调查中疑难问题的体会》一文中提到的一事异论与假象伪证就是疑难问题中的例证。疑难问题的表现形式很多,有主观的也有客观的,解决这些疑难问题的办法,就是人们常说的事故调查技术。郑勇同志介绍了两种方法:①人机工程学的现场观察法;②心理学的模拟论证法。我以为这两种方法很实用,并再补充两种方法。
