为探讨补肾活血类中药骨康口服液对去势大鼠骨生物力学的影响,通过切除大鼠卵巢造成大鼠绝经后骨质疏松模型,观察了中药骨康不同剂量对造模大鼠骨质疏松的防治作用,并与尼尔雌醇作阳性对照,结果中药骨康中、低剂量组的去势大鼠最大扭矩高于模型组(P<0.05),而对扭转刚度无明显影响(P>0.05)。推测骨康口服液可能促进去势大鼠骨结构的再建,改善骨的内部构造,从而提高大鼠骨的机械性能,使骨组织的承载能力增强。至于高剂量组作用不明显的原因有待进一步研究
To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction, Gukang Oral Liquid, on the bone biomechanics of ovariectomized rats, the rat model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was induced by excision of rat ovaries, and the different doses of Gukang were used to observe the bone formation in rats. Loose prevention and control, and positive control with nylestriol, the results showed that the maximum torque of ovariectomized rats in the medium and low dosage of Gukang group was higher than that of the model group (P<0.05), but had no significant effect on the torsional stiffness. (P>0.05). It is speculated that Gukang Oral Liquid may promote the reconstruction of bone structure in ovariectomized rats, improve the internal structure of the bone, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the rat bone and enhancing the bearing capacity of the bone tissue. The reason for the insignificance of the high-dose group is for further study
