在蠕化率和游离石墨数量一定的条件下,研究用热处理改变基体中珠光体量对蠕墨铸铁高温性能的影响。结果表明,基体中随珠光体增加,蠕铁的导热性有所下降,但高温强度大幅度提高,而对弹性模量则影响很小,经奥氏体化正火处理,基本中含70%珠光体的蠕铁能获得较好的综合性能,其热疲劳寿命与铸态相比可以成倍地提高。
The influence of pearlite content in the matrix on the high temperature performance of vermicular graphite cast iron by heat treatment was studied under the condition of certain degree of vermicularity and free graphite. The results show that with the increase of pearlite in the matrix, the thermal conductivity of vermicular iron decreases, but the high temperature strength increases greatly, but the elastic modulus has little effect. After austenitizing normalizing, the content of 70% Pearlescent vermicular iron can get a better overall performance, and its thermal fatigue life can be doubled compared with the as-cast.
