研究了在酸、碱、盐溶液中处理后TiFe合金的表面特性和活化性能。试验发现:HCl、NaOH、NiSO_4、MnCl_2、MmCl_3溶液处理均可有效地改善TiFe合金表面性状,使其在常温下得到活化,而CuSO_4无明显作用。X射线光电子谱、X射线衍射谱和电镜能谱分析表明:在酸、碱、盐溶液中处理,TiFe合金表面分别发生了不同程度的腐蚀、充氢、置换和离子交换,破坏了TiFe表面的氧化膜,使表面的成份发生了改变,形成新的催化中心,促进了TiFe的活化。CuSO_4处理的作用尚待研究。
The surface properties and activation properties of TiFe alloy treated with acid, alkali and salt were studied. It was found that the treatment of HCl, NaOH, NiSO_4, MnCl_2 and MmCl_3 solutions could effectively improve the surface properties of TiFe alloy and activate it at normal temperature without obvious effect of CuSO_4. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy analysis showed that the surface of the TiFe alloy treated with acid, alkali and salt solution had different degrees of corrosion, hydrogen charging, substitution and ion exchange, respectively, Oxide film, the composition of the surface has changed, the formation of a new catalytic center, and promote the activation of TiFe. The role of CuSO_4 treatment remains to be studied.
