我国新一轮基础教育课程改革实行国家、地方、学校三级课程管理制度。其中,地方课程强调对地方课程资源的开发与利用。回族民俗文化既是宁夏最具特色的地方文化资源,又是我国民族大家庭中独具民族特征的文化资源,将其纳入地方课程开发的视野。思考和构建一种较为合理的区域和地方课程方案,不仅有利于回族民俗文化的选择、传承与创新,有利于对学生进行多元文化教育,也有利于构建开放而有活力的课程教育形式。这一课程精选回族的经济民俗、社会民俗、信仰民俗、游艺民俗四个专题的内容,通过实施综合实践活动,使学生在亲历、感悟、体验、反思的过程中发展探究能力,提升审美情趣,培养文化自觉意识,具备多元文化素养和跨文化交流的能力。发展热爱本土,建设本土的情感,促进学生良好个性和健全人格的形成。
China’s new round of basic education curriculum reform at the national, local and school level three curriculum management system. This course focuses on the four topics of economic folk custom, social custom, belief folk custom and entertainment folk custom of the Hui nationality. Through the implementation of comprehensive practice activities, students are expected to develop their inquiry ability and aesthetic taste in the process of experiencing, understanding, experiencing and reflecting Cultivate the consciousness of cultural consciousness, possess the ability of multi-cultural accomplishment and cross-cultural exchange. Development of love of the local community, building local emotion, promote students’ good personality and perfect personality formation.
