In an interview with a township and township enterprise, the director said in the introduction: They are very concerned about the production site management and the daily maintenance of the equipment. Everyone must produce qualified products on time. Otherwise, the enterprise cannot survive. In order to achieve this, they are clean and tidy, and they are responsible for every part of the whole plant. They check the monthly review and award fines. Although this is a small-scale machinery factory, the equipment is also an ordinary machine tool, the production task is also very heavy, but everywhere the net machine is clean, clean and tidy, people feel refreshed and comfortable. The reporter also worked for many years at the grassroots level. There are also such experiences, clean and bright workshops, and clean and complete equipment. It makes people feel happy and emotionally stable, and naturally allows the operator to play normal levels. Perhaps because of this, regardless of traditional management or modern management, cleanliness and neatness are listed as a fundamental task for corporate management. The “SS” management implemented by Japan is one of the core contents of the management and setting of clean and tidy management; the first of the five criteria for the management of our weaponry and equipment is clean and tidy. This is probably not a coincidence.
