:表雄酮经Jones氧化、溴化得2α-溴-5α-雄甾-3,17-二酮3,α-溴酮(3)与咪唑在DMF/K_2CO_3体系中反应得到了(2),3α-环氧-3β-咪唑-5α-雄甾-17-酮(4)。化合物(4)的结构经IR,MS,~1H NMR和~(13)C NMR表征,其绝对构型通过X-单晶衍射进一步确认。对化合物(4)的生成机理,进行了初步探讨。
: 2-Bromo-5α-androsta-3,17-dione 3 was obtained by the oxidation of epirubicin with Jones in the presence of imidazole in DMF / K 2 CO 3 system. (2) 3α-epoxy-3β-imidazole-5α-androst-17-one (4). The structures of compound (4) were characterized by IR, MS, ~ 1H NMR and ~ (13) C NMR. The absolute configuration was further confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The formation mechanism of compound (4) was preliminarily discussed.
