念珠菌系人体常见的共生菌,以咽部及肠道带菌率最高,因此在应用抗生素治疗时易发生鹅口疮及霉菌性肠炎。尤其是滥用广谱抗生素时发生的机率相对增高。我们对36例念珠菌感染的患儿进行了临床分析。
