在土壤承载力低的复杂地形条件下发展木材采运生产,要求提高伐区机械的通过性、燃料经济性和生产效率。这些问题将来会变得越来越尖锐,因为对木材采运生产的生态与社会需求将不断提高。解决这些问题大都与未来的采伐和营林机械行走装置的类型、结构及参数有关。关于森工拖拉机行走装置类型的争论已持续了数十年。这当中,一些参与讨论者援引了生产上的必要性、国外的经验,摘取这种或那种行走装置的个别优点,或者提出一些从整体上脱离问题多面性的结构方案。这种态度可能导致部门技术政策的错误,引起物资和能源的不必要的消耗,对森林环境产生不良的影响,降低所研制的森工拖拉机的社会效果。
The development of timber harvesting and production under complex terrain conditions with low soil carrying capacity requires the improvement of the mechanical transitability, fuel economy, and production efficiency of cutting machines. These problems will become more and more acute in the future, because the ecological and social demands for timber production will continue to increase. Resolving these problems is mostly related to the types, structures and parameters of future harvesting and forestry machinery walking devices. The controversy over the type of tractors used in the tractors has continued for decades. Among them, some of the participants discussed the necessity of production, foreign experience, picking out the individual advantages of this or that kind of walking device, or suggesting some structural solutions that are entirely independent of the problem. This attitude may lead to mistakes in the sector’s technical policies, cause unnecessary consumption of materials and energy, adversely affect the forest environment, and reduce the social effects of the developed tractors.
