目的建立工作场所空气中1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)的气相色谱-氮磷检测器(GC-NPD)测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集空气中的NMP,以丙酮解吸溶剂解吸,用GC-NPD测定。结果丙酮溶剂的平均解吸效率为98.6%,NMP的色谱测定值与其浓度在0.08~50.0μg/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性方程为:y=4×10~6x+3 559.6(R~2=0.999 3),检测限为0.03μg/ml。测得NMP的日内及日间相对标准偏差(RSD)分别在1.6%~3.5%和1.9%~3.2%之间。该方法应用于实际工作场所空气中NMP的测定,测得现场空气中的NMP的浓度为1.9~28.6 mg/m~3。结论该方法检测速度快,灵敏度高,准确性高,适用于工作场所中NMP的测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography-nitrogen-phosphorus detector (GC-NPD) method for the determination of 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) in workplace air. Methods The NMP in the air was collected by activated charcoal tube and desorbed by acetone desorption solvent. The content was determined by GC-NPD. Results The average desorption efficiency of acetone solvent was 98.6%. The linear relationship between the chromatogram of NMP and its concentration was 0.08 ~ 50.0μg / ml. The linear equation was: y = 4 × 10 ~ 6x + 3 559.6 (R ~ 2 = 0.999 3) with a detection limit of 0.03 μg / ml. Measured NMP day and day relative standard deviation (RSD) were 1.6% to 3.5% and 1.9% to 3.2%. The method was applied to the determination of NMP in the air of the actual workplace. The concentration of NMP in the air was measured at 1.9 ~ 28.6 mg / m ~ 3. Conclusion The method has the advantages of fast detection, high sensitivity and high accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of NMP in the workplace.
