针对螺纹切削加工过程中的刀尖轨迹成形原理,提出了在数控机床上加工螺纹的几种方法,这不但能降低工人的劳动强度,而且能提高工作效率,达到节能、减排的目的。以GSK980TA系统为例,介绍了G32直进式切削法;G92直进式单一固定循环切削法;G76斜进式复合固定循环切削法等三种在数控车床上车削螺纹的加工切削方式和编程方法,以及加工过程中的技巧,并对它们之间的优缺点进行了比较。
Aiming at the principle of cutting edge trajectory in thread cutting process, several methods of thread processing on CNC machine tools are proposed, which not only can reduce the labor intensity of workers, but also improve work efficiency and achieve energy saving and emission reduction. Taking GSK980TA system as an example, this paper introduces three kinds of cutting methods and programming methods of turning thread on CNC lathe, such as G32 straight-ahead cutting method, G92 straight single fixed cycle cutting method, G76 ramp-in compound fixed cycle cutting method , As well as the process of processing skills, and the advantages and disadvantages between them were compared.
