How to report on the news conference, is already a very old topic. Here again to mention, nothing more than two factors into account: First, the current press, radio and television stations more and more. For many local newspapers and Taiwan, meeting reports are their most important source of news. It is even no exaggeration to say that in some press agencies more than 80 percent of the news sourced directly or indirectly from the conference. Second, the rapid development of news units must inevitably lead to an increase in number of novice journalists. However, many novices in the face of all kinds of meetings one after another tend to be overwhelmed with difficulty finding the right or the boring moment of the entire meeting Either a jumbled list or row of seats or a dry, “he said,” “he said.” “He emphasized that” it has become a common problem reported in the conference.
