受历史罕见的低温雨雪冰冻灾害的影响,南方地区森林可燃物成倍增长,北方地区持续严重干旱,风干物燥,火险隐患明显增多,我国森林草原火险等级急剧升高,森林草原防火工作任务繁重。按照国务院、国家林业局的部署,各地、各部门严格落实各项防范措施,加强火险预警,抓好隐患排查整改,强化火源管理,坚决打好森林草原防火攻坚战。
