对吡唑醚菌酯在花生仁和花生壳中的残留分析方法进行了探讨。样品采用乙腈提取、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)结合固相萃取-氨基(SPE-NH2)小柱净化,高效液相色谱-紫外检测器(HPLC-UV)检测。结果表明:在花生仁及壳中分别添加吡唑醚菌酯标准品0.05、0.5和1 mg/kg时,其平均回收率分别为101.7%、86.5%和83.2%和98.1%、93.8%和85.3%,相对标准偏差分别为4.3%~8.1%和4.2%~6.0%。花生仁及壳中的最低检测浓度(LOQ)均为0.05 mg/kg。
Residue analysis of pyraclostrobin in peanut kernels and peanut shells was discussed. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) combined with SPE-NH2 cartridge, and detected by high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector (HPLC-UV). The results showed that the average recoveries of pyraclostrobin at the concentrations of 0.05, 0.5 and 1 mg / kg were 101.7%, 86.5% and 83.2% and 98.1%, 93.8% and 85.3 %, Respectively. The relative standard deviations were 4.3% -8.1% and 4.2% -6.0% respectively. The minimum detectable concentration (LOQ) in peanut kernel and shell was 0.05 mg / kg.
