通过对使用过程中故障现象的分析,深入了解设备的运转状态,找出一种合理的解决问题的方案。维护、检修的实践经验证明,除设计制造因素外,保证立轮长期的稳定运转,关键在于对立轮的合理维护和调整。为了使立轮在规定服务年限内保持最佳运行状态,本文对立轮做了系统全面的分析,并提出了规范化、有方向的调整方案。
Through the use of the phenomenon of failure analysis, in-depth understanding of the operational status of equipment to identify a reasonable solution to the problem. The practical experience of maintenance and overhaul proves that in addition to the design and manufacturing factors, the key to ensuring the steady and long-term stability of the ROLO lies in the reasonable maintenance and adjustment of the Risheng Rim. In order to maintain the optimal running state of the standing wheel during the specified service life, this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the standing wheel and proposes a standardized and directional adjustment plan.
