目的 :制备替加氟缓释片并测定释放度。方法 :以甲壳胺作为辅料 ,采用湿颗粒法制备了替加氟缓释片 ,以 0 .1mol·L-1盐酸溶液作为溶解介质 ,采用转篮法测定了替加氟缓释片的释药情况 ,与市场所售替加氟片作了对比。结果 :替加氟缓释片在 0 .1mol·L-1盐酸溶液中可持续释放达 12h以上。结论 :替加氟缓释片在酸性溶液中具有显著的缓释作用。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare tegafur sustained-release tablets and determine the release. Methods: Using chitosan as excipient, the tegafur sustained-release tablets were prepared by wet granulation method. The dissolution rate of tegafur sustained-release tablets was measured by rotating basket method with 0. 1mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid as dissolution medium The situation, compared with the market for the sale of Teflon tablets. Results: Tegafur sustained release tablets in 0.1 mol·L -1 hydrochloric acid solution sustained release of 12h or more. Conclusion: Tegafur sustained release tablets have a significant sustained release in acidic solution.
