基于对粘对剂作用的化学原理的探讨,运用分于轨道(MO)理论和基因电负性计算对球团有机粘结剂分子进行了初步设计.根据初步设计的分子模型合成新型球团粘结剂.在实验室中采用该新型粘结剂进行球团制备及焙烧试验、获得了生球抗压强度21.8N/个.落下6.67次/0.5m,于球抗压323N/个.落下16.18次/m,生球爆裂温度820℃,焙烧球团抗压强度大于2000N/个的技术指标.
Based on the study of the chemical principle of the adhesive effect, the pellet organic binder molecules were preliminarily designed using MO theory and gene electronegativity calculation.
