[目的]研究复方清热化湿制剂对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)在体外是否存在抗菌作用,比较在不同药物浓度条件下该药物对Hp标准菌株NCTC11637的杀菌作用。[方法]选取Hp NCTC11637(对照),随机抽取的5株临床耐药株作为实验菌株,采用琼脂稀释法测定复方清热化湿制剂对Hp的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);在空白对照组(CK)和含不同药物浓度(0.5×MIC,1.0×MIC,2.0×MIC)的布氏肉汤液体培养基中加入等量Hp悬浊液,分别于0、4、8、24h等比稀释,接种于固体培养基,培养72h后进行菌落计数。[结果]复方清热化湿制剂对Hp标准菌株的MIC值为8~16mg/ml,对5株临床耐药株的MIC 2~8mg/ml不等,平均MIC值为7~8mg/ml(MIC值均为折合后生药剂量),不同浓度的复方清热化湿制剂在4、8、24h均较空白对照组有显著的杀菌作用。[结论]复方清热化湿制剂对Hp标准菌株及临床耐药株均具有体外抑菌作用,该药物制剂对标准菌株NCTC11637具有明确的杀菌作用,其杀菌效能与药物浓度成正相关。
