目的:探讨夜明颗粒制剂对遗传性视网膜色素变性小鼠的作用机理。方法:我们取4周龄、12周龄、24周龄rds鼠各9只,随机分为三组,夜明颗粒组4只、杞菊地黄丸组3只和对照组2只。给药28d后取眼球,立即经10%中性甲醛固定,光学显微镜下观察水平视网膜近赤道部位光感受器细胞的厚度。结果:经夜明颗粒治疗后,光镜结果显示,rds小鼠光感受器细胞层数明显增加,与对照组和空白组比较,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:夜明颗粒可延缓rds小鼠视网膜感光细胞凋亡的发展。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Yiming Ming Granule on hereditary retinitis pigmentosa in mice. Methods: Nine male WDS rats aged 4 weeks, 12 weeks and 24 weeks were randomly divided into three groups, 4 of them were treated with Yijing granules, 3 of Qiju Dihuang Pills and 2 of control group. The eyeballs were taken after 28 days of administration and immediately fixed with 10% neutral formalin. The thickness of photoreceptor cells in the retina near the equatorial region was observed under an optical microscope. Results: The results of light microscopy showed that the number of photoreceptor cells in rds mice increased significantly compared with control group and blank group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ye Ming Keli can delay the development of retinal photoreceptor apoptosis in rds mice.
