本文试图从机理上分析企业塑造良好形象的主要途径及特点,并以此为依据进一步分析了中国石油早年成功塑造良好形象以及近些年形象不断受损的主要原因,提出了新时期中国石油重塑良好形象的若干建议。
This paper tries to analyze the main ways and characteristics of a firm building a good image from a mechanistic perspective and further analyzes the main reasons why PetroChina succeeded in shaping a good image in the early years and its image is constantly deteriorating in recent years. Some suggestions on how to create a good image.
