顧仲節:我是河南焦作中學的物理教師。當我剛作教師的時候也非常不安心,可是三年來的教學工作使我深深愛上了這個事業。每次看到孩子們來找我研究功課時那幅笑臉,每一看到課堂中幾十道熱情信任的目光,我就想到了教育工作對祖國建設的重要性,同時也感到自己的知識,尤其是教育學的知識非常缺欠,還必須加緊來充實自己。在學非所用問題的討論中有些同志認為教書不如到工業部門發揮作用更大,我覺得這是對人民教師沒有作本質上的瞭解的發言,根本沒劃清人民教師和教書匠的界限。要知道,我們教師就是這樣的人,他們從事着培養更多更好的未來的專家、工程師、醫師……我們安心積極地做好一個教師的工作,便會有千百個青年因為我們的工作而獲得了基礎知識。他們或者進一步深造,成為祖國需要的專家,
