CA488型汽油机的可燃混合气的形成方式有两种形式可供选择,一种是化油器式,另一种是汽油喷射方式。化油器式用在CA488的基本型上,为多数的发动机所采用。 一汽为了匹配CA488型汽油机,从德国引进了皮尔堡公司生产的凯虹化油器,早期装在奥迪100型轿车的发动机上。在此基础上又引进了全套的化油器生产设备,经过国产化后,定名为CAH212型化油器。国产化中主要改变了与CA488型汽油机相联接的过渡突缘和进气喉管的直径,以适应进气量的需要,同时改变了主量孔的直径,以适应供油量的需要。
CA488 gasoline engine combustible gas formation of two forms to choose from, one is the carburetor type, the other is the gasoline injection mode. Carburetor type used in the basic type of CA488, used by the majority of the engine. In order to match the CA488 gasoline engine, FAW introduced the Kaihong carburetor manufactured by the Pilbold company from Germany, which was installed on the engine of the Audi 100 sedan. On this basis, we also introduced a full set of carburetor production equipment, after localization, named CAH212 carburetor. Localization mainly changes the diameter of the transition flange and the air intake throat connected with the CA488 gasoline engine to meet the requirement of air intake volume and meanwhile changes the diameter of the main orifice to meet the need of fuel supply.
