目的研究类乙酰肝素酶(heparanase,HPSE)与人类自然流产的关系,进一步探讨HPSE在妊娠过程中所起的作用。方法采用免疫荧光染色法和实时荧光定量PCR检测选取的非意愿性正常妊娠者流产绒毛组织和早期自然流产者流产绒毛中HPSE的表达情况。结果正常妊娠组的HPSE表达率明显高于自然流产组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 HPSE参与正常妊娠过程,自然流产的发生可能与HPSE的低表达有关。
Objective To study the relationship between heparanase (HPSE) and human spontaneous abortion and to explore the role of HPSE in pregnancy. Methods Immunofluorescence staining and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR were used to detect the expression of HPSE in aborted villi of aborted villi and early spontaneous abortions of non-consensual normal pregnant women. Results The expression of HPSE in normal pregnancy group was significantly higher than that in spontaneous abortion group (P <0.05). Conclusions HPSE is involved in normal pregnancy. The occurrence of spontaneous abortion may be related to the low expression of HPSE.
