整合主动性人格理论、知识管理理论、情境理论和商业模式创新理论,构建一个由高管主动性人格、组织间知识共享、环境不确定性、商业模式创新所组成的理论研究框架,深入探讨高管主动性人格对商业模式创新的影响机制。通过对356份企业高管调查数据的层级回归和Bootstrap分析后发现:(1)高管主动性人格能够促进商业模式创新;(2)组织间知识共享在高管主动性人格与商业模式创新关系中起部分中介作用;(3)环境不确定性对高管主动性人格与组织间知识共享关系起正向调节作用,但对高管主动性人格与商业模式创新的直接关系起负向调节作用。
Integrating proactive personality theory, knowledge management theory, situational theory and business model innovation theory, we construct a theoretical research frame consisting of executive initiative personality, knowledge sharing among organizations, environmental uncertainty and business model innovation, The Influence Mechanism of Managerial Personality on Business Model Innovation. Through the hierarchical regression and Bootstrap analysis of 356 corporate executives survey data, it is found that: (1) Executive initiative personality can promote business model innovation; (2) Organizational knowledge sharing between innovation of executive initiative personality and business model (3) Environmental uncertainty plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between executive active personality and knowledge sharing among organizations, but negatively regulates the direct relationship between executive active personality and business model innovation .
