研究脱墨浆(DIP)的打浆性能,打浆对滤水性能和纸页强度的影响,以及DIP与NBKP配抄对湿部系统的影响。实验结果表明,DIP打浆度应该尽量控制在60oSR以下,以保证浆料更好的滤水性能;可利用DIP配合其他浆料进行配抄以降低成本,同时弥补DIP成纸性能不好的缺陷;随着DIP用量的增加,系统PCD增加较大,成纸强度也有所下降,生产中应该设法控制系统阳离子需求量,以保证助留助滤效果。
Studying the pulping performance of DIP, the influence of beating on water-filtering performance and paper strength, and the influence of DIP and NBKP on the wet-end system. The experimental results show that DIP degree should be controlled below 60oSR in order to ensure better slurry water filtration performance; DIP can be used with other slurry to copy to reduce costs, and make up for the poor performance of DIP paper defects; With the increase of the amount of DIP, the system PCD increased significantly, the paper strength also declined, the production should try to control the system cation demand in order to ensure retention and drainage aids.
