本文通过３５例环椎椎动脉沟环与颈性眩晕的临床ｘ线分析，笔者结合文献复习，讨论了（１）环椎推动脉沟环畸形的结构形态与名称概念，指出了主要ｘ线表现和分型，即全环型（有完整的单、双恻骨性桥板）；断环型（中间骨住桥板缺如）；半环型（不完整的骨性桥板由环椎侧块上关节面后突向后延伸或由环推后弓上方向前伸展）。（２）探讨了三种类型环椎椎动脉沟环与颈性眩晕的ｘ线诊断价值和发病机理，闸述了二者之间的有关临床ｘ线诊断方面的观点，（３）提出了环椎椎动脉沟环畸形征象的存在应在今后Ｘ线诊断工作中引起重视的参考意见。
