目的探讨诱导期血液透析患者一级亲属对血液透析的认知情况和健康教育的需求。方法采用问卷调查法,对74例诱导期血液透析患者一级亲属的血液透析相关知识的认知和健康教育的需求进行调查。结果 78.37%一级亲属了解血液透析的概念;青年组和老年组家属对患者活动程度及劳动程度、如何控制血透期间的体重增长、血透后并发症的预防及处理三个项目的需求上存在差异(P<0.05);获取相关知识途径中,与医护人员沟通占90.54%,家属之间交流经验占72.97%。结论提高患者一级亲属对血液透析知识的认知水平是有必要的,不同年龄组的家属健康教育需求存在差异,宣教应因人而异。
Objective To investigate the cognition of hemodialysis patients and the need of health education in first-degree relatives of hemodialysis patients during induction period. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the cognition of hemodialysis related knowledge and health education needs of 74 first-degree relatives of hemodialysis patients during induction period. Results 78.37% of first-degree relatives knew the concept of hemodialysis. The relatives of youth and elderly patients had a great influence on the degree of patient activity and degree of labor, how to control the weight gain during hemodialysis, and the prevention and treatment of post-hemodialysis complications (P <0.05). Among the ways of obtaining relevant knowledge, 90.54% of them communicate with medical staff and 72.97% of them share experience of family members. Conclusion It is necessary to improve cognition level of hemodialysis among first-degree relatives of patients. There are differences in health education needs among family members in different age groups.
