恒电位浸蚀方法的优点在于能进行选择性浸蚀,以达到显示单个相的目的。对于用一般浸蚀方法难以区分的相,用此法做示差侵蚀,可使组织清晰地显示出来。1957年C.Fdeleanu第一次用恒电位电解浸蚀,显示合金组织。二十多年来,恒电位电解浸蚀法已有很大的发展,但大多数是应用在钢铁材料上,对于有色金属,特别是钛合金方面应用较少。本文介绍了在恒电位电解浸蚀研究的基础上,选择合适的浸蚀条件获得钛合金相组织的三维形貌的方法。
The advantage of the potentiostatic etching method is that selective etching can be performed to achieve the purpose of displaying a single phase. For the ordinary etching method is difficult to distinguish between the phase, using this method to make differential erosion, the organization can clearly show. 1957 C.Fdeleanu Electrolytic etching with potentiostatic for the first time, showing alloying. For more than two decades, there has been a great development of potentiostatic electrolytic etching, but most of them are applied to steel materials and less used for non-ferrous metals, especially titanium alloys. This paper introduces the method of obtaining the three-dimensional morphology of the titanium alloy phase by selecting the suitable etching conditions on the basis of the research of potentiostatic electrolytic etching.
